We make a podcast and write notes about traditional Japanese homes. Episodes, show notes, photos, and listings on this site are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not real-estate advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of any kind.

Listings and homes we discuss
Real estate moves fast. Prices, availability, and condition of homes featured on the show may change between when we tour them and when you read about them. We do our best to caveat this in every episode. Always verify current details with a licensed agent before making any decisions.

We disclose sponsors at the top of any episode they appear in, and on the page where their content lives. We never let a sponsor change our editorial. If we link to a third-party service and earn a small commission, we’ll note that too.
